My Favorite Bible Giveaway!

With the vibrant illustrations and engaging text in this Bible storybook, you can enjoy sharing the best-loved stories of the Bible with the children in your life and encourage a life-long love for the Word of God. My Favorite Bible is a book of exciting Bible stories and activity pages that guide children through the foundational truths of Scripture.

Each story is fully illustrated and includes a simple narrative full of things kids love: repetition, rhythm, and energy, along with a key biblical theme, a key Bible verse, and discussion questions to help adults introduce children to the Bible.

The colorful illustrations will capture the imaginations of children ages 4–8, and the stories will help adults to pass along the most important truth in life—the Gospel. Families will cherish this time as they read, listen, learn, and love, growing closer to one another even as they grow closer to God.

Marybeth's Note: This Bible will be waiting for my youngest on Christmas morning. Shhh! She's going to love it, especially since she's in that magical time of learning to read and discovering the world that reading unlocks. There's no better world for her to unlock-- no greater story for her to discover-- than the Bible. This version's friendly, gentle format provides a wonderful introduction just for her age (6). She can read it to herself, or we can read it to her and incorporate the Family Fun activities at the end of each story.

The best news is, I am giving away a copy! Leave a comment telling me who you're trying to win it for and you'll be entered. I will post the name of the winner at the end of the week here on this post. Make sure I have a way to contact you to let you know you won!

COMMENTS NOW CLOSED. A WINNER HAS BEEN CHOSEN AND NOTIFIED.

Hi Marybeth,
I am actually looking for a children's Bible to give away to children who attend our church who do not yet have a Bible. I would love to win so I can view it and buy a few to have handy at our church. Thanks for this great giveaway!

My kids! I'm trying to find a good Bible book for them to move into. They've read super simple Bible storybooks, and my oldest (6) has her own Bible now, but they're really ready to dig into something in the middle. This sounds great!

My 6 year old son is just discovering the joy of reading. Bible stories would be a great way to keep him interested in reading on his own or sharing the book together!

Hi MaryBeth--I would love to have this Bible to send to my great niece and nephew in Oklahoma. I have not met them yet....and it would be a wonderful time to establish a tradition of sending them great books at Christmas. What better great book to start with than a Bible they can understand?!?

I would love to have this book for our new baby on the way, as well as for our neighborhood kids in Nepal! My husband and I are missionaries in Nepal, and we are expecting our first baby in February. It would be a few years down the road before we could use it for our own, though I would love to start a collection of good Christian kid's books now, but we would also love to have a book like this for the neighborhood kids who come to our house and have to such resource like this!

A Bible for my "great" niece is on my shopping list. She has the odds stacked against her b/c her mother is a young single mom and the father is not in the picture. I am hoping to be the light in her life and teach her about the love of The Father that is the father to the fatherless!
Even if I don't win this Bible, you have shown me a great one to consider buying for her!

Hi Marybeth! What a fantastic giveaway! We have great devotionals for our kids but would love to win one to donate to our local rescue mission! My kids love to help out there and it would make it extra special if they could give a Bible to a child. Thanks and have a super day!

I am hoping to win this for my son Aiden. He just turned 7, and is just learning to read like your daughter. He is the most fun right now that he has ever been. We have been reading the Action Bible, but I would love for him to have a book like this that he can attempt to read on his own, as well as with me. Thank you for the opportunity!!! Also, just wanted to say that I have read all of the comments and everyone has something great to say about what they will do with the Bible. I would be happy if any of them won instead of me! crw.2006@gmail.com

My youngest daughter, who is also 6 would mega love this, as well.

We have started this week talking about Advent and do a family devotional each night learning about Advent and what it means for us Christians.

My daughter mentioned during our family devotional time last night that she would love her own Bible for Christmas. So, you know that will certainly be one of her gifts waiting under the tree. :)

my daughter is also beginning to read, it has been so awesome to watch her read and put it all together, she is most excited about being able to read the Bible and read books to her sister.

My three year old boy would love this. Not only is he in to "reading" and books, he recently told me his best friend is Jesus. This would be a perfect way to help him learn and grow to love the Bible. Thanks!

Hi there -
I am entering to win for Our youngest daughter (we have 5- mine, his and ours)... Jasmine Renee is now 4 and a half years old and this is the book I was looking to get her. She has the toddler book, but we are ready to move up to a kids book soon. Jasmine Renee is our miracle baby, I was 2 days shy of my 44th birthday giving birth to her. We were told she was going to be born with problems - A world of friends and family praying brought to her perfect health.

I want Jaz to know who Jesus is and why she was born so perfect... Her name means "floral gift to God" -

thanks for this opportunity.

I would love to win this Bible for my niece to have for my great neices/nephew, all under the age of 8. She's a single mom and is not raising her kids in church. My niece was taken to church as a child, but never gave her heart to the Lord and has continued to stray. What a great way to remind her she has a God who loves her and her sweet babies!

Thanks, mitzic72@yahoo.com
