1. Daily Quiet time reminds me who is in control of my day and helps me to focus on Him.
2. Exercise helps me to feel better physically and gets my motor running!
3. Get dressed! This boosts my confidence and my husband and kids appreciate me looking my best each day.

1. Quiet time- prepares me for whatever the day may hold.

2. Eat- I forget sometimes and it's not pretty. I'm at my best when I have a stable blood sugar.

3. Sleep- not always guaranteed at this hormonal stage, but it's oh so necessary. Days are much better when I can actually think.
