Today I am going off to write while my kids are tucked away in school. I will admit, I did not get a lot of writing done while they were home this summer... but I didn't mind. I did get a lot of reading done by the pool while they splashed and played. And we had a great summer that we all agree went by waaaay too fast. But summer's turning into fall and there's no stopping it.
Check back next week as I begin my new posting schedule. I am liking it so far-- it takes the ambiguity out of what to write and I can work ahead when I have a few minutes. In all things it's better if you have a target to aim for, and blogging is no exception. I hope you'll keep coming back as this new school year begins. I like new beginnings. They feel hopeful.
And hope, as you know, doesn't disappoint.

I feel the summer went by quickly too, though here in South Florida it'll feel like summer for some months yet. School starts on Monday, and all the stores are stacked with school supplies, fall decor and Halloween. Can't wait to start fall decorating - it's my favorite season of the year! Have a blessed day.
Are you still homeschooling at all? I seem to remember you saying something on the blog about Explode the Code I think. My daughter is turning three and I want to get her started on Getting Ready for the Code series. Do you know anything about it? Any insight on materials to use for that age would be appreciated!
Glad you get a writing day today! Enjoy it to the max!
Prayers and blessings,
Rebecca
