I rarely do this, but today I wanted to direct you to read a post my husband wrote about raising kids. While we are still in the midst of this journey (and will be for, oh about the next 16 years-- not that I'm counting) there are some hard-won lessons we have learned and are trying to walk out in our daily life. Not that we do it perfectly now-- but we at least have a better perspective than we once did and can re-direct ourselves to it when we get off track.
Curt eloquently expressed his thoughts about changing our perspective on parenting in his post. This was huge in our lives, and could be something someone is struggling with out there-- so I felt led to share it.
